Job Description
To ensure patients safety and wellbeing at all times.
Counsel and provide patients with support as required throughout their treatment.
To communicate and liaise with Doctors to provide good care and effective treatment of patients.
Managing of procedural area to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Assisting in performing gynaecological procedures.
Documentation of all client information in accordance with the standard operating procedure.
Data Update and Management.
Managing stock usage and preparing monthly stock report.
Preparing Activity log and report.

Qualification and Experience
Nursing and Midwifery Qualification from a reputable teaching hospital
Experience in Midwifery is an added advantage
Good Communication skills – written, oral and listening
Good-Natured and Empathetic
Innovative – Taking initiative, Team worker
Ability to prioritize and work within tight deadlines

Medical Officers
Job Description
Client consultation.
Budget - Responsible for delivering the department’s annual revenue targets i.e. converting clients from 1st consultation to treatment cycles.
To perform routine medical examinations.
Counselling clients, providing guidance and advice during the course of their treatment.
To upload client information and maintain records in accordance with the SOP.
To carry out procedures in the theatre.
To establish and manage relationships with referral doctors.
To prepare treatment summaries and reports.
To develop publications for articles, information leaflets e.t.c.
To read and understand all departments SOP’s, and company’s policies.
Preparing Activity log and report.

Qualification and Experience
MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery
Experience in gynaecology and obstetrics
Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience
Good Communication skills – written, oral and listening
Analytical, Conscientious & accurate
Ability to take initiative
Ability to priorities and work within tight deadlines
Team worker, Empathetic
