An International conglomerate with a state of the art building in high brow Victoria Island is looking to appoint a

1.SENIOR MAINTENANCE MANAGER

The appointee into this position is expected to ensure the proper functioning of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and other general operational maintenance for the company. He will be responsible for understudying the outgoing expatriate manager, as well as lead the Company’s maintenance effort from the forefront.

Suitable candidates will possess B.Sc.Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), or MBA Finance/Management, or Masters in Engineering ( Mechanical or Electrical) with upwards of 12 years cognate experience, of which at least 8 years will be in Senior Management positions. Candidates with an appreciable familiarity and understanding of the maintenance parameters of high rise buildings will be so appointed.

2. MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Suitable candidates will possess B.Sc.Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), with upwards of 5 years cognate experience, of which at least 2years will be in Managerial positions. Candidates with an appreciable familiarity and understanding of the maintenance parameters of high rise buildings will be so appointed.
