I received a text somedays ago from GLO that my plan had been successfully changed, when i never made any attempt to change from my new infinito package. With the new glo infinito i can call a special number for 2k/sec and others on 25k/sec which am satisfy with. I spoke to some colleagues concerning this and i found out that they have forcefully move every one from that package without their knowledge.
Going through their website the package still remain and no reason nor notification given before moving their loyal subscribers.

am experiencing the same thing. Even the one they said they are charging 5k per second is having the same problem. Anybody with a solution?
