Overview:

Every day, we engage in negotiation process consciously and unconsciously, we negotiate with our spouse, colleagues, employers, neighbors and customers; in the process we make mistakes, leading to a lot of dissatisfaction and other negative circumstances and thus we leave value on the table, in addition we sometimes find it difficult to relate with people from different cultural background, and so run into problems in our work places and in our relationships. In the light of this, it becomes necessary to make a deliberate effort in any negotiation process, in order to maximize or attain our desired objectives.
