I have two sites hosted by a Niegria company. When the sites
are opened now the pages are half black unless you reload.

and you ask which surfer has time for reloading.

When contacted my host says I should remove a plug in.
But I did not add any plug in of recent and the sites had
been working perfectly well with the old plug ins before
this problem started.

There is a popup overlay that loads with the site and normarly, the visitor would need to click close for it to give way and for your site to display normarly. Dont you know about that popup? Its not displaying well so thats why you dont realise what the issue is. Thats probably the plugin they asked you to remove.
