Having said that, what we are talking about is a potential baby and not a baby yet until it is born. It goes from being an egg and a spérm to a zygote to an embryo to a foetus before it is born as a baby. Before that you can be said to have killed a spérm or an egg, a zygote, an embryo, or a foetus. It is only after it is out of the mothers womb can it have the rights and privileges of an individual entity.
