Nice logic from the IGP

I dont know that the IGP is being tactical or clueless on this.
I do however know that these are troubling times for Nigeria;the IGP saying he did not hear that anybody claimed responsibility(when the whole world has heard,and by the way,the world over if there's a bomb attack,once a terrorist group claims responsibility,the security forces out there dont go about deluding themselves that they didnt hear it),then the NSA says PDP is responsible for the bombings .
