I'm about to take a bank loan of N1.5 (to be repaid over a period of 4yrs)using a part of my salary as collateral. Thank you for this piece of advice. I never thought of that. I'll put the 500k in a fixed deposit account (alternatively, i may buy CBN treasury bills with it- that bears no risk at all). House, Please i need biz idea on N1m now. Thanks.
