Our client offer’s complete services in all aspects of water supply infrastructure to various organization in both the public and private sector in the economy & they require the services of a Civil/Mechanical Engineer.

QUALIFICATIO[/b]N: B.SC/HND Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree from a recognized tertiary institution
[b]MAIN DUTIES
• Prepare engineering analysis of projects to include: Design, calculation, cost and equipment selection
• Conduct surveys to gather field data
• Preparation and Interpretation of technical drawings, schematic drawings, field drawings, layouts and other visual aids.
• Prepare technical construction specifications
• Perform Civil Engineering duties to include the following: public works, buildings, drainage, roads, water supply, sewage and environmental systems.
• Perform Mechanical engineering duties to include the following: Mechanical devices, components, engines, transportation equipment, materials handling, machine tools, etc.
• Manage project issues, budgets, and schedules.
• Review Plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards, good engineering practices, engineering regulations and policies.
• Coordinate the activities of the construction and technical teams.
• Manage and Supervise Engineering works on site.
• Prepare proposals and write reports
• Determination of material and Construction specifications
• Ensure compliance with work processes, quality control and ethical codes within the organization.
• Ensure Quality specifications are adhered to.

Experience& Requirement:
• Minimum of 5 years post NYSC practical experience in a construction environment Experience in a water supply/environmental engineering company will be of an added advantage. (NSE membership is also a must)
• Age; between 28-40 years
• Competencies:
• Should demonstrate ability to work in a team and abide by ethical codes.
• Should be trainable and receptive to change.
• Must possess personal drive.
• Should demonstrate ability to pay attention to details.
• Should have good knowledge of power generation systems.
• Should demonstrate ability to work with minimal supervision.
Skills:
• Should have excellent IT skills and numerical skills.
• Should be a self starter and team player
• Should have excellent customer relation skill.
• Good oral and written communication
• Should have good time management skills and ability to multitask
