u can eat beans too, buh make sure u dont combine egg and beans...drink water very well...eat fruits also to make u fresh nd plumpy, chokolates, bougar,grannut bread..lots of milk..many things

U will see the changes if u are very consistent with all those foods, within two weeks, and another advice is dt, though it will get u obessed|2fat| u can be drinking milk before u go 2 bed, or wen u knw dat u wont work again..like in de evening

Being big is the accumulation of fats and oil, so food is a better choice...dont take drugs dat makes u fat..plzzzzzzzzzz...it would affect u, and anytin u reduce after u stop de drugs...buh for food..even if u stop, 1ce u eat consistenly, u will still be moderate as u want..thanks
