Obj was too ugly to take black and white pictures..
GEJ looks cunning.

How come we never get to hear stories of their youth, from friends or classmates back then?

Yes he is! If u think its easy to have no prior name and yet be able to reach the pinacle of rulership in a record time in this country, then try pick counselorship ticket in your ward next election and lets see how far you'll go.

The pix are fine. The noble Laureate almost look like wiskid or is it my eyes?

Re: Youthful And Childhood Pictures Of Nigerian Heroes And Villains by hardbody: 10:19am On May 16, 2012
My response, For this album ooo

1. Soyinka appears calm and articulated
2. IBB always had this 'maradonic' 'look' and 'feel'
3. Abulsalami just appeared dull from day one
4. Chinua Achebe, typical 'okoro' man, probably thinking about money in that pic
5. Baba Awo, terribly ugly and showing off with an ugly wife
6. Zik, appears timid right from the cradle (he lived it through in his life time)
7. Enahoro, proud politician, also comes across as articulate and business minded
8. Fela (abi is that Seun) had not smoked hemp in that pic, he simply looked unserious
9. Gowon smiling like the retard he always was and currently is
10. Jakande?, i no fit talk am
11. GEJ comes across as a mischevious young man, with little brains and really looking dull.
12. Aunty Meg.....the typical efik mother, looking saintly
13. Ojukwu, comes across as a stubborn, articulate and good strategist. In that pic, he appears to be considering next steps, irrespective of what is going in in the forum he might have been, compare and contrast with the grinning and unserious Gowon.

These views are mine.

1. Achebe was already holding a book here. Please tell me that was not just fantastic to see.
2. Soyinka looked to be seeing. Not blind, not dodgy, he looked.
3. Zik epitomised the proper son persona.
4. Enahoro's regal carriage was world class.
5. IBB's had a mischievious yet likeable look about him.
6. Jakande seemed upbeat. A strong spirit.
7. Ekpo had a serenity that stemmed from her soul.
8. Awo seemed in a hurry to do something.
9. The rest bore me.

@Chillext

U know its funny how people just see what they want to see in a scenario and nothing else. The title says Heroes and villians, get it?
Goodluck had such an innocent face then, but evil on the inside now. Just look at what he and his team are unleashing at Nigerians now. This GEJ has got to be one of the villians, no doubt]

Why GEJ come look like Aje na ? Looks like his parents must have caught and sold a lot of fish
