you can get around phase1,atlas bank site. Dont want to apply for hostel space? Might be lucky.

The management of University of Abuja has explained why it cancelled its post Unified Matriculations Tertiary Examination (UMTE) screening for students seeking admission into the institution for the 2015/ 2016 academic year.  
The management said there was no post UMTE because after Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) redistribution exercise, the institution was left with a small figure. 
The spokesperson of the varsity, Waziri Garba made this known to Daily Trust yesterday. 
Garba explained that “initially we had about 16,000 candidates applying then after JAMB did their redistribution exercise we came down to about 6,000 and we need about 4,000 students only. So why do we conduct post UMTE, it will cost us more to conduct it for 6,000 people than 16,000 people.” 
He said the varsity decided to do the admission on merit basis at the departmental level to admit their students. 
According to him, the exercise is currently ongoing at the departmental level and will later go to central admission unit of the varsity who will compile everything before it is finally sent to JAMB.

Heard that too. The portal is not granting me access to my profile. Just goto unibuja.com sign into your profile with your matric number,you wil see hostel accomodation. You wil be able to apply if application online has commenced.

unibuja.com is the official skul portal,thats how its spelt if u want to easily get access to the students portal,uniabuja.edu.ng is the official uniabuja website.

Use a system or if u are using fone, don't use operamini except you are using 'better fone' you know what I mean.

its a general problem,i cnt access the portal too. Try it in the night and u need to give sum info like name of any three refrees(any member of ur family) and passport,havn't done mine yet.

yeah ur right! It myt nt be necessary. I learned no one was able to get access to the portal successfully.

Why are you guys disturbing yourself about your hostel accommodation? Your hostel accommodation is automatic..meaning after paying your school fee,you would be given a form for your accommodation at portals desk...HOSTEL IS FOR FRESHER and 400L....so you guys should calm down and one of the reason why the school portal is not opening is that admission list is on processing on school portal. Don't be surprise if you hear the news that you should go and check your name on school portal. I am David, IrepBIOSSA ,faculty of science. 07051122569

relax bro it's well... Some of my friends have been offered admission to study medicine... Just keep your faith in God

Uniabuja admission list is out!!! And for what is worth I just wonna tell y'all to be patient,if you haven't seen your name do not be despondent.it might take 6weeks for all the names to be uploaded,now as I hrd,departments are to summit names of admitted students based on merits to the admission office.it is poSsible den that if you haven't seen your name the department you applied for is yet to summit there's to the admission office.that been said I urge u all to keep ur head high and ur faith strong for when there is a will there is a way.
