Conditions:

(1) Strictly Based on Allowance/Bonus: [/b]You get 40% of whatever Sales or Net Profit to the Firm. This means, any successful transaction from you attracts 40% (call for more explanation).

(2) [b]No Basic Salary. You are not monitored on your attendance.

(3) Mobility: You are entitled to a car during the working hours. We go out for marketing with other members of the firm at any given location.
