Pls can someone tell me method of payment in insurance company as marketing executive. I recent applied for this post and i was told that the payment is based on commission. Pls i need more explanation on this most esp from those who are on the job or have similar experience.

My dear u will be paid some percentage of what comes through u. It mins if at d end of d month u were unable to bring it anything, nothing for you. Anyway d percentage may b 10%,15%,or 20%, it all depends on d insurance company involve. Good luck.
