I have decided to ask this question to know how well PHCN is doing in various part of Lagos and Nigeria as a whole.Please this can also help people when they are making choice of where to live or where to put their money to invest in.So please do share your contribution. I live in Anthony village and we get light 18-20 hours a day. Most at times, we sleep with light though power outage is on the increase recently(12-15hours a day). Thank you. |
