Here is the problem. I have customers from all places who pay and receive. People in india pay and wait to receive. People in South Africa do same and other places. Even here in the united states, people pay and recieve, all around the world, people pay and receive. So why should you be different?? I understand the whole scary deal you speak of but if I had posted this on some website and not introduced myself to you, you would not have asked me the pay and receive question, would you ?? I tried the other way but I decided that if people from india and kenya can pay and then wait to receive, Nigerians should start getting into that mindset too. 


I apologize for the inconvenience but I realize it wastes my time and yours when I do it the way you expect and I believe it is better Nigeria starts enjoying what most of us here do, freedom to trust that we will not be swindled should we open our door.
