A release by the school PRO said out of 35,823 students that sat for the exam, 7,663 scored above 200 and only 51 candidates scored above 300 of which the exam was based on 400 marks. Prospective candidates can now check their result on the school portal.

I have seen some of the questions, and most graduates in the west won't pass that exam..

Post jamb is not in any way the solution to test if those poor jambitos are worthy to be admitted or not. Last year when UI also introduced exam to her post jamb nonsense, my Uncle who was a Prof in Linguistic was asked to set some of the questions that fresh secondary school grad will answer. After setting like three different sets of questions and showed them to us, we have to beg him to reset those questions. He ended up picking out of the questions he had in mind to submit for the second semester exam of his 200level student. How on earth will those fresh brain will pass such wicked questions? I tire for us o. Seriously, is either jamb is scrapped or post jamb is scrapped. Why the double payment(sometimes, three) for one thing.

Lolzz..but I agree with you..in my opinion the school is to blame...imagine the school admin staff knows how many students they are to admit and yet sold pume form to 38,000+.......how are we even sure that it was just 7,000+ dat passed...or D̶̲̥̅̊ε̲̣̣̣̥γ̲̣̣̥ just gave a random figure so that Nigerians won't complain.

Well, the blame goes to all especially the students and the Government. To be sincere with you, any student that sits the UTME and passes well should be able to pass any Post UTME and especially that of OAU. This is just the truth. Now about 7000 plus got above 200, out of which about 3,500 or less will be given admission. This is where it is the Government's fault. There must be adequate funding for the schools on ground now and also creating more schools. This is the solution.
Cancelling Post UTME or not would not solve any problem. This calls on the part of students to know that it is a competition and war and they should be ready to face it. Do everything possible to pass your exams. There are still more Post UTMEs for you to write. Cut down on playing games, facebooking, 2going and so on. Prepare!
