Tuberculosis Infested Beef In Circulation In Edo State by Anurugwo(m): 2:20pm On May 28, 2012
The officials of Edo State Veterinary Services have reported the circulation of tuberculosis infested beef. Dr Charles Aibaogun the Director of Veterinary Services gave the warning at the weekend in Benin. He said the infested beef is being sold in markets by traders who brought them from unapproved slaughter houses across the state.

He said some of the infested organs were discovered in the course of meat inspection in an abattoir in Benin City.

It actually takes miracle for nigerians to be alive, without constant outbreak of epidemics. There is nothing virtually in place to safe gaurd the citizens,as regards health and safety and ethical regulations

The local government doesn't even know how many commercial animal breeders are in their localities, talkless of knowing how to regulate them.

Nigeria is land where people constantly and unnecesaarily live by chance.Constantly on the edge for the sake of just mere laxity..
