Job Description
As Call Centre Representative you will perform all official duties assigned to you by the Regional Technical Officer of the Company as the case may be. Your duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Answer calls and respond to customer requests professionally.

• Handle and resolve customers’ complaints and provide customers with product and services information.

• Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.

• Identify and escalate priority issues and refer grievances to designated departments for investigation.

• Research required information using available resources.

• Obtain possible customer leads.

• Attract potential customers by answering product and services questions, suggesting information about other products and services.

• Resolves product or services problems by clarifying the customers’ complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.



Qualifications:

A minimum of University Degree/Higher National Diploma or its equivalent with Second Class division in any discipline.

Experience/Requirement:

Computer literacy with a good understanding of MS Office Suite.

Fresh graduate with NYSC discharge certificate are encouraged to apply

Preferred maximum age limit is 30 years by candidates’ next birthday

Good communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Yeah I got their msgs too n 4tunately for me I stay in Epe. I'll urge u guys comin from far distance to come a day before cos I don't think you can make it before time. Bt since its just a test, u can try even if u come late, they will allow u to write.

Northgate were'nt organised,their protocol was too much,checkin 4 fakenysc n waec,caught some pple n dey were sent back not mindin d money d person spent on d journey. 4 gatecrashes,it was impossible cos wen accreditin 4 d exam ur phone has already bn computed in their system tru wh dey communicated wit u.
As 4 d test,it was verbal,logical reasonin n nearest in meaning. I hope dis helps.

Ɣ☺ΰ guys might not be able to get updates on the test result here as majority of us havent heard from them Ɣet. But i feel if Ɣ☺ΰ wanna know wassup its best Ɣ☺ΰ call the number given in the text message for the test so as to get update from them. There is no harm in calling them
