we are intendng to attend a conference come late july tru august in norway .. all document in support of the trip including acconmodation confirmation and letter of invitation have bin recieved by us from the host committee.

group traveller to Norway

- Schengen visa application form – duly completed, dated and signed by the applicant which must be filled in group on norway travel portal application form. the goup can consist of 1-15 people.

- TRAVEL MEDICAL INSURANCE.
- Two (2) passport size pictures with white background and not older than 6 months

- Original passport (valid for at least 3 months after departure from Schengen).
• If currently employed,
Authorization of the company (employees only), stating position, length of service, salary and duration of approved leave of absence.
- Original letter of invitation from the Norwegian Business Partner stating the schedule for the meetings in Norway and explaining the business relationship..
I advise you to enclose a Power of Attorney form to your application to support your claim.
- Original UDI Guarantee Form for Visits (Norwegian only) Stamped and signed by the Norwegian Police. This guarantee form must not be older than 3 months from the date of issue at the time of application. The lower part of the form (“name of visitor”) with name and signature must also be completed. The guarantee form is not required for business trips.
- Proof of sufficient funds – Copy of personal bank accounts (Updated at least 15 days prior to the application, including the page with the meaning of codes of operations) and, if applicable, copies of the three last salary slips.
Application fee:
EUR 60,- (adults) / EUR 35 (children aged 6-12). Payable by VISA or MasterCard on the Application Portal.
Applicants who are married and / or have children are advised to submit proof of this (marriage certificate). T
Applicants should submit a Copy of the flight reservation.
