People have been asking; "after 13yrs of democratic rule in Nigeria, what are the dividends?" Tell them, ethnic militia, repression, seclusion, exclusion, marginalization, personalization of public resources, massive corruption, rise in insecurity, depletion of the education sector, unemployment, ostentation, austerity, mono-economy, tax evasion, absence of basic amenities & infrastructure, degraded health sector, zero sum politics and int'l gaffe (the list is not exhaustive). So what more dividends do they seek?

Modified: And to think that i posted this 5 years ago, fast-forward to this present day, has there been much of any difference? If any, in what areas?
