You as a moderator should be neutral. Why favour someone because you have a relationship with that person. This topic is garbage and should be taken to General section or wherever. It makes no sense for you to even begin to ask the OP if you should move it. The family section is the most serious section here. Remove it before i start advertizing cars here too.
