Hi there Nigerian residents and nationals.. Just wondering, would Nigerian public trust a foreign bank without actual presence in Nigeria? Bank that would issue Nigerians with MasterCard and allow them open accounts with bank? have deposits etc.? Or would it be a problem for Nigerians to use a bank that does not have physical access in Nigeria?

Bank is legal financial entity with presence in New Zealand and European Union. And i was just looking into Nigeria (and some other African states) as a good potential.. And just wanted to know what the residents and nationals think about service like that?
