hello, please i have a flare for progamming (preferably java)but don't know a single thing yet.i need advice on what background knowledge i need for efficient self training.any other way you can help me will be highly appreciated.please whoever it is,i need this favour,thank you.

Spend your online time reading and studying online Java tutorials. There are for sure webcasts to help you in your studies as well. You need to search for them and basically spend time on them

You need first decide what part of programming you want to specialize on , then gets ebooks and sit close to the system always . practice and create .

i think if you know any informatics institute kazaure student locally let him help you out. with his INTRODUCTION TO JAVA MODULE GUIDE. i beleive is the best way to learn java. i am good in java i learned form that book. i have it but it's hard copy.
