Operating System Installed:

Windows 7 64bit Home Premium



Error Message:

Unable to install Freeagent driver



No changes or upgrades have been done on the operating system.



Each time I plugin my External hard drives both Freeagent Go and WD hard drives windows does not install a driver, I cant find it either in my computer also.



But in Device manager I see my external hard drive under other devices with yellow mark, I have tried using windows to update the driver but it still does not fix the problem.



I have used other usb flash drives and harddrives they work but Freeagent GO and WD hard drive works on Vista on a frinds laptop but on my own laptop Win7 it does not work.



Both harddrives are working perfectly on XP and Vista but not my laptop running WIN 7.



Please how do I fix this problem?
