THIS TOPIC HAD CAME UP BETWEEN ME ND MY FRIENDS THAT MILK AND FISH EATEN TOGETHER COULD UPSET THE HELL OUT OF THE STOMACH,ALTHOUGH I INITIALLY DIDNT BELIEVE UNTIL I MISTAKENLY TOOK MILK WITH SARDINES.. AND I WAS SORRY FOR MYSELF.. AV U TRIED IT?.. IF YES..SHARE UR XPERIENCE

My breakfast sometimes is milk, bread and sardine, and no, never has it given me an upset stomach.
Perhaps, you have some specific allergy to them, no?

There is no scientific basis for this belief. In many countries fish are marinated or cooked in milk and dairy products. Many have no problems.
