THIS TOPIC HAD CAME UP BETWEEN ME ND MY FRIENDS THAT MILK AND FISH EATEN TOGETHER COULD UPSET THE HELL OUT OF THE STOMACH,ALTHOUGH I INITIALLY DIDNT BELIEVE UNTIL I MISTAKENLY TOOK MILK WITH SARDINES.. AND I WAS SORRY FOR MYSELF.. AV U TRIED IT?.. IF YES..SHARE UR XPERIENCE |

My breakfast sometimes is milk, bread and sardine, and no, never has it given me an upset stomach. Perhaps, you have some specific allergy to them, no? |

There is no scientific basis for this belief. In many countries fish are marinated or cooked in milk and dairy products. Many have no problems. |
