I have a serious foreign buyer for mazut100 and diesel2.Being foreigners and wanting to be cautious,they require a document showing evidence of past transaction like SGS report or Bill Of Lading,something to assure them of seller's genuinety and experience in oil and gas export.This is as a result of past experience they have had.
