Gov Rochas 2day dropped six underperforming commissioners. Those affected are Ogueri enwerem, Uche ejike, Nelson ezerioha, Ann dozie, Alex ogwazuo and Obinna duruji.
However, people are criticising Rochas' decision to appoint a secondary sch dropout and near illiterate - Uche Mbanaso as a commissioner. B4 his appointment, Uche was and still is d mayor of orlu zone and where he performed very well in transforming orlu town into a city within a year, but without some debt flaws and strings of faux pas.
My question th4 is, does formal education really count in leadership given d above example?
