Let's be hopeful that the new development will not affect existing applicants but those who are starting from the scratch. However, those who are yet to do panel and one-on-one interview should prepare well since this may be GT's last recritment. So, it's gonna be survival of the fittest. You should know what I mean. All the same, best wishes!

@ebade, her first question to me was my essay. Then why gtb, latest reforms in the banking industry, strengths, weaknesses, what happens in a bank, how do banks make money, ur greatest achievement. A scenerio was created and I was asked what my reaction wud be. Also an example of a time when u had to go the xtra mile for a cause. These were the major questions I was asked. Every statement I made attracted a minor question. So just prepare well. That's my advise.
