What area are you looking at? And what's your budget?
A few factors to consider when looking for an event venue are:
Ensure that there is sufficient parking space to contain your guest's cars
Ensure that there is a provision for toilet facilities
Ensure that the electric power supply arrangements are made before hand
Cleaning arrangement should also be made. Agree on who wld take responsibility for cleaning the venue before and after.
Consider weather while choosing a venue, you won't want ur guest soaked in rain when u have an alternative to use an enclosed hall.
