I would like to know the demand of systems engineering in the labour market? I'm going for it as a second degree.

To me? "electrical engineering and ELECTRONICS" aka "electrical & ELECTRONICS engineering" mind you, it has very cool and extensively applied areas of specialisation. smiley

Electrical Engineers have better future prospect, hands down! With Electrical Engineering, you can even become a system engineer. Only go for system engineering if you're already in the field because their curriculum is more geared towards requirements matrix and not hardcore engineering subjects.

Most system engineers will typically have a BS in Electrical Engineering and a MS in System Engineering.
