With her rich complexion, she should go easy with the colors. Creme, dark bronze and brown would
soften her features. Plus with her forehead (I know this because I have a big one myself) she should wear styles that would make it look smaller or give it shape. Perhaps wear a bob with bangs or an invisible side part that slightly covers it.
