Two things are involved (Disobedient to senate rules and Accusation) however, the senate quickly rush and decide on one part of it, thereby making it look as of they're not interested on the accusation part of it.


If the Senate have investigated the two issues before taking final decisions on the matters this embarrassment wouldn't have happened
