There's this kind of rashes that is called Oku rice or so, they say it's normal and babies outgrow it. It's not reddish rather has a translucent appearance...like tiny drops of water. Caused by heat. Happy Sunday mamas!

This happened to my baby too and I fought it with agnesia powder even tho all the mothers around told me to ignore it that it's normal. It left as suddenly as it started and I can't even say if it was the powder or the 'skin change' . Try agnesia powder but don't let it bother you cuz it happens a lot even on this thread.

Can you use Olive oil instead of coconut oil?

Lukewarm water should be used not hot. You dont have to overdress the baby, the weather is hot. Let the room be well ventilated. If the coconut oil was not made by you, pls switch to olive oil and it shouldn't even be too much on the skin.

Ok. For now don't allow him to be hot. Also suspend the coconut oil for now. Did you make it yourself/do you know the person you bought from? Like other mamas have said let his bath water not be too hot at all

This was me till December 2017! My son was on golden morn and noodles 24/7, he too doesn't eat pepper. We struggle to take swallow which must be draw soup with any white swallow( semo, poundo or akpu) garri, wheat and amala is a nono.


What I did last Christmas was to eliminate golden morn from his diet and replaced it with "tea" soaked with bread.


We are still nursing o and I was told that is the reason why he is refusing cooked or peppered food.
