That's how mine looks and so many others of my generation, but I've not been seeing it on kids for some years now. I just checked and my 4 year old nephew has it, but my baby doesn't. I was thinking they've changed whatever method they were using that usually left the mark.

There are other flavors aside from the multi grain.

My 10months old DS takes the rice, banana+Apple and the maize flavors well.. he even take the rice and apple+banana flavors without milk sometimes.

How old is your baby presently?
Not all babies are chubby. Inherited genes from parents also play a role.
Nurturing a healthy baby should be your paramount goal.
As a rule, your baby should have doubled her birth weight by 6months.
So, just make sure you are making progress when you chart the weight on your immunisation card.

Even if you are lactating well, how well does your baby feed and at what intervals?
You can express your milk to know the quantity she feeds on per time before you decide to supplement with formula.

I use not too hot water for mine, I dissolve the milk first, then add the cereal in bits while stirring it..
And it doesn't have lumps.. The only days it has lumps is if I mistakenly pour plenty quantity at a time.

My baby takes nutribom till date and this is how I prepare mine. I add hot water from the flask,then the milk. I mix with a little cold water to make it warm,then I add the cereals in bits while mixing. With that I don't have lumps

All you described are not signs of teething. Please see a doctor so he can be tested and treated appropriately.

The whitish patches are they milk residuals?
Do you clean his tongue?
Are you bottle feeding, supplementing with foods or on ebf?
Did you add anything to your diet if on ebf?
If bottle feeding, how's the hygiene? Do you just wash and rinse with hot water?
Who prescribed the bonjela?
The only teething symptom I know is the forehead headache and scratching of gum.

That is colic. You can type 'colic' in the search box and read about it, a lot has been said about it here

Whitish patch does not equal bonjela treatment abeg. See a doctor. I'm not even sure Bonjela is suitable for infants. P
