Funny enough, I see aptamil at every nook and crannies of lagos, felt it was one of our aba brothers new invention. Some people feed their babies Enfamil of 9k, Similac of 12k and no noise. Everyone shld feed their babies whatthey can afford simple as long as the baby Is healthy

I stand with helovesme on this! My lo is on combination feeding and I go one scoop less! Sma gold stated on their tin that your baby may need more or less scoops than recommended! Less works for us and he is just fine!

Find out what works for your baby and stick with that simple. There's no one size fits all on this matter.

Breast milk when menstruating taste diff was wondering why my lo suddenly cries these past few days that AF showed when i try feeding him! Sir google and DH just confirmed it, according to DH he says it tastes like imitation

So I just left the hospital in tears..my baby is underweight for his age .. He's weighing 3.47 for a baby who was born at 3.5kg..his paediatrician said he isn't getting enough breast milk and the little he's getting he's burning off by sucking for so long..that I should get a breast pump and take lots of fluids..truth is I'm trying my best to eat as much as I can but I'm not finding it easy..it hurts to.. know that all his cries were caused by hunger..the annoying part is I'm very busty..why then is there no milk..I'm so not happy..I'll increase his feeds then get fenugreek..pls any other tips on how to improve milk flow..

When and what was his last meal? Was it heavy? Abi will u offer water till he adjusts?

i can soooo relate with you, had my lo on the 15th of dec so he's abouth the same age as yours.fenugreek kind of worked for me so you can try it. No need feeling bad o, i was so sure my lo will be on ebf but from day 1 he refused to nurse i tried all the technique bobo say no. so i had to express full time. nurses had to advice i use a spoon cos he refused to suck the bottle too. My priority was for food to sha enter his body. 3sundays ago i wasnt able to get 100ml of bm, my mum was blowing grammer for me. i just went to buy formula cos at birth he was 3.1 kg and looked really under weight probably because he's a tall baby. right now any day i express lots of bm he takes it more otherwise i give the formula. at his six weeks immunization last week he weighed 4.5kg. put him to the breast everyday and since last he would just suck a little and thats it i sometimes feel bad o and wish i was making enough bm but buttomline he's eating.
