An old thread but... The classic Mazda 323F is a no nonsense no prisoner taking machine. Has a turbocharged 1.6 liters (easily upgraded to 1.8, 2.0 and 2.2) engine coupled to an AWD system. This was the go to vehicle before the Mitsubishi Evos and Subaru WRX. So yes, the 323 is a fantastic vehicle.
