There are two options: he's a scam or is an affiliate marketer or naa drop shipping he dey do. On his store, na pay before delivery. You pay and wait for two weeks before you can get the phone. There is no way he would sell a $249 phone for 48k lailai unless he stole it. so you end up losing your money or he takes the discussion off Jumia, gives you some stupid excuse and ask you to add more money. If he's an affiliate marketer, he just created mock up pages to get clicks when you search thru Google. There's hardly a device you search for on Google that a Jumia ad won't be at the top page. Google ads are designed to display ads according to your browsing pattern so once you visit that 48k page, all Jumia ads on other websites will serve you links to his page, so he keeps making money.

The question I'll like to ask is which of the sellers will you trust your money with, Slye or the Jumia seller?

For a phone that sold for 50k plus when dollar was still N200+, 38k is not bad for a used deal.

The 4GB RAM 32GB ROM version is around $249 or so today, brand new. I fit bet with you say the seller no fit pull off that 45k magic even if na N198 CBN rates he dey use. The seller has over 5500 items for sale and almost all are shipped from overseas. His physical store must be as large as Shoprite if has has that much stuff in stock.
