Chime did not need to build any new road to make the conference centre viable, the centre was strategically sited in between umuawulu street, independence ave. and michael opara square which has typically had good roads even before chime was born.

lol my dear, it's surely criminal. i have not had time to contribute, just observing some dudes classifying chimes administration as failure, they sure need some examination at the neuropsyche in New Haven, Enugu. If you tell me Chime failed in some aspects I did agree, but if you say he is a total failure, men! I will slap you back to reality.
