REQUIREMENTS:

B.Sc in Social Sciences/Marketing
professional Certificates
Minimum of 5 years strategy, sales or marketing experience
minimum of 2 years Managerial experience.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Set the Corporate Structure for all Sales and Marketing Programs

· Advise in Global Partner Development and Focus

· Keep current on all Product Development Roadmaps

· Keep appraised on current Market and Competitive Trends

· Manage the marketing/sales function

· Identify and define customer needs

· Package and offer service to customers

· Liaise with other departments to agree pricing

· Manage all customer relationships

· Develop and Execute our Marketing Plan

· Establish the IntroIT Brand

· Recruit and Retain Marketing/PR/Ad Agency to assist in marketing effort

· Responsible for the effectiveness of the Plan and Agency

· Actively Grow the Partner Network

· Meet with Key Partners as necessary to ensure full support and understanding of product line as it evolves, and to ensure that each Key Partner is properly set up

· Establish and monitor the company Lead Generation Program
