What's the difference between Windows7 tablet and Android tablet in terms of speed and cost of operating it pls

im not aware of a windows 7 tablet. Though i have seen modded tablets with windows 7 installed on them but there really isn't a windows 7 tablet. Android on the other hand is an excellent operating system that works on so many tablets (except ipad)

i bought an HP touch pad some months ago which had it's own hp operating system but i was able to install android ice cream sandwich on it (dual booth) So far i use the android OP and it's great.

if you are interested look up cynogen mod i think their release is up to 9 by now

As for your question I ve never used a windows operated tablet. But Android rules in every way.

For those comparing android tablets to Ipad, you ve to buy an android tablet of the same price as the Ipad to really decide which is better.
