Yes,very possible and cost will be between 3.2-3.8 million on d average.this prices includes foundation work,roof,blockwall,windows,doors,electrical and mechanical plumbing and tiling works etc obidia: Please does anybody know the cost of building a 3bedroom duplex on a half plot of land and is it really possible? |

To build a 3 bedroom flat duplex depends on the structure of the land and the quality of the building the clients want, as per good quality price.
