I went to recharge my PHCN Metre card which and I was told by the officer there that I will add another N1000 extra on the amount I have, that the monthly fixed charge is now N500 as against N75 and I have to pay for the month of june and july. He went further to tell me that if I go to come back after 3months, I'll pay N2500(ie N500*5 months).. Bross I wan cryy!!! |
