You would be asked tough questions in an interview and your response would determine if you get the job. To answer a question accurately, you should know why the interviewer asks that particular question.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Why they ask: They want to know what you have to offer and how you would answer the tricky question.Look for a way to highlight your strengths by giving illustrations of your past achievements. Present work examples that made a positive impact on your past company. Your weakness should also have a positive vibe. Give examples of how you overcame your weakness, show that you are aware of it and you have been making deliberate changes to improve.
