Paying salaries in cash shouldn't have arise in the first place but before we continue to criticize, we don't know the prevailing circumstances in the area for such still being practiced. I will further say that it is in human to congregate evrybody from a LGA for the purpose of paying their salaries. As much as paying in cash is obselete, why not take it to their individual places of work and give. The government in all strata still believed and carry on as if they are really doing the workers under their employment a FAVOUR. Worse is that the senior civil servants are much more into this.
