With the amount of versed property developers on this forum, I wonder if anyone has actually successfully executed a deal, from a contact met on nairaland.com. Thus, I hope to find some solace, when I express my current need for an accomodation (ranging between a single self contained/two bed room) in either of the following locations: VI/VGC - Lagos Apapa - Lagos Abuja - Maitama/Asokoro/Wuse/Garki I expect results, if you have any accomodation (if you actually have any accomodation) which is similar to my request, kindly post pictures, give pricing conventions, and probable pricing methods, and let us begin the new year, with a property deal. |
