How did those guys do that stunt? I see a lot of that.

you put the brakes on the front wheel, _{hope you have life insurance sha}

Thats called a 'sotppie' and you do it by hitting the front brakes, it takes alot of practice and i would not suggest doing it on your bike as you can trash it in the process, better to find a more rugged one.
