What are the survey and co charges?

Is the land in question at Kobape located in Abeokuta proper/surburb?

So that we know it's not remotely Lagos if that's the case. 50 minutes from Berger at what speed? At peak traffic time or when the road is less busy?

@MacLovington, It's about 10 mins drive to the Nestle factory. Of course, it's at minimum traffic. Comparatively, the advantage it has over surrounding areas like Ofada is the closeness to the expressroad and free traffic. Kobape is not located in Abeokuta proper, a surburb would be more accurate.
