Deevics fashion shop retails children apparels from leading high-street stores and renowned designers such as Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica, Gucci, Ted Baker, Gap, and many others. We are looking out for high-caliber customer focused individuals fit into the following positions in our retail shop in Port Harcourt:
1) Assistant Customer Services Adviser
2) Customer Services Adviser
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Customers in the selection & purchase of goods
- Operate the till including cashing up and completing paper work at the start and end of each day
- Process Cash and Card transactions accurately & efficiently
- Wrapping up purchased items for customers
- Follow policies and procedures relating to cash & stock handling
- Checking inventory list with actual stock on the shop floor and reporting discrepancies to Manager.
- Keeping merchandise orderly & neat
- Handle customers complaints in a professional & diplomatic manner
- Keep the shop clean and tidy at all times
- Set up promotional displays
- Assist with postal deliveries to customer addresses.
- Stock control
- Attaching price tags to merchandise
Requirements:
- First degree or HND in Social Sciences or related course
- Knowledge of basic computer applications
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
- A calm disposition and ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to learn
- Positive attitude
