Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for education services sales and marketing and must support the planning and implementation of a wide range of educational programs to serve clients’ diverse professional development needs.

Responsibilities:
• Drive services marketing by identifying target clientele and developing product and program descriptions for use in promotional materials
• Develop, coordinate and execute existing and new business programs and products identified to meet the needs of target students and teachers in Lagos
• Assist with the research, review and analysis of opportunity assessments including market research and competitive analysis.
• Develop new programs and products from idea generation to end of the life cycle.
• Develop, compile, and analyze evaluation reports to determine program and product effectiveness, and future needs.
• Develop comprehensive project time-lines for all activities and manage project plans and time-lines to meet deadlines for successful completion.
• Maintain up-to-date project reports including project status, expenditures, project planning time-lines and other ongoing reports.
• Serves as the first line of contact, service and support to customers with questions about assigned products, programs, and services.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum qualification Bachelor’s degree. MBA will be an added advantage.
• Required experience 3 – 5 years
• Experience in Educational sector will be an added advantage.
